Education Purchase Options:

Education Subscriptions

Education Subscriptions are valid for one (1) year from date of invoice and are assigned to one individual through an individual or team/Enterprise. Education Subscriptions used to be available in two models – a payment model or a library collection model. A payment model allows learners to use a Dell Education Services subscription as a payment model for training up to a purchased cap.  An example of a payment model subscription is the Dell Full Subscription with On Demand Labs. A library model subscription allows learners access to a curated library of content (‘collection’) for a fixed term. This term is typically 12 months from date of purchase. An example library model subscription is Dell Learning Hub or On Demand Learning Center (ODLC).

Effective June 6, 2022, payment model subscriptions are being discontinued and a single library model called Dell Learning Hub will be available – individual, Enterprise/Team for all audiences.

Subscriptions allow the designated individual to consume training from their Dell Learning Hub collection based on the Dell Learning Hub plan purchased. The Dell Learning Hub plans provide you access to the Dell Learning Hub content and library collection. Collections consist of predefined video and eLearning offerings.

Dell Learning Hub plans are available to customers and authorized Dell resellers, distributors, original equipment manufacturers and service enabled partners (collectively "Partners"). Our Dell Sales Consultants work closely with Customers and Partners to define the optimum collection content. Examples of Dell Learning Hub plans are:

  • Customer Plans:  Learn, Learn More, Learn All
  • Partner Plans for Dell Channel Partners: Single, Multi, Multi+, Team

Education Bundles

Bundles (formerly ValuePaks) are valid for one (1) year from date of invoice and refer to pre-defined offerings containing multiple components. Bundles may be video-based depending on learning selected. Bundles are frequently selected by students looking to complete a curriculum path.

Education Training Credits

Education Training Credits (‘Training Credits’) are vouchers which may be purchased to redeem for training offered by Dell Education Services. Training Credits are valid for one (1) year from date of invoice and are considered Dell Education Services currency in that they may be redeemed to purchase Dell Education Services training offerings while such currency is valid. Training Credits are ideal if the exact course selection and/or delivery modality preferred by the student is not known at the time of purchase.
